Ensure compliance with Georgia regulations and requirements. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members. Foster a culture centered on quality, accountability, and compassionate care. Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives. Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation activities. Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and program growth. Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruiting, Compliance, and Operations. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiencies, and client satisfaction.
