The Registered Nurse Manager will supervise and support nursing personnel, manage scheduling, ensure adherence to healthcare standards and regulations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes. This position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage the nursing unit.Primary Responsibilities Supervise, lead, and mentor nursing staff on a daily basis, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and nursing assistants. Manage staff assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate staffing levels based on patient acuity and care needs.
