Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining. We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our community. Wage: $36.00-$43.93 Schedule: Part-Time 0.6 FTE (48hrs) 10:30pm-6:30am What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs and adjust care plans accordingly Develop and implement individualized care plans to support long-term resident needs Supervise and support caregiving staff, ensuring care strategies are consistently followed Advocate for residents’ best interests while educating families, caregivers, and residents on care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and services Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to providers and families Ensure nursing documentation is accurate and timely within EMR systems Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives Foster a supportive, resident-centered care environment that promotes dignity and well-being What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Preferred: Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing Preferred: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred: Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management "At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
