No After Hours On-Call Requirements Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must have an active RN license in the state served. Minimum of 1 year of Home Health nursing experience required Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
