The Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and standards, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and hospital leadership, this position helps optimize care delivery while promoting positive patient outcomes, professional development, and a compassionate healing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about empowering teams, driving clinical excellence, and making a meaningful impact on the rehabilitation journey of every patient.   How you'll contribute A Nurse Manager who excels in this role: * Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit. * Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies. * Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures. * Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports. * Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs. * Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions. * Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
