How you'll contribute A Nurse Manager who excels in this role: * Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit. * Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies. * Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures. * Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports. * Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs. * Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions. * Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director. * Perform other duties as assigned.
