Registered Nurse DCSA Facility Nurses Station – Boyers, Pennsylvania This Position Is Contingent Upon Bid Award Work Location Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Boyers Mine 1137 Branchton Road Boyers, PA 16018 Citizenship / Access Requirements: Must satisfy all DCSA facility, personnel-security, and access requirements applicable to the position. Security Requirements: Secret eligibility based on the required Tier 3/Tier 3R investigation and continuous vetting, with required DCSA/DoD security training for unescorted access. Type of Employment: Full-Time Contractor Position with W-2 employment through Fidelity Partners. Estimated Total Compensation: $38.14 per hour Staffing: One (1) full-time Registered Nurse. Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Time, excluding Federal holidays and Government closures. Work Arrangement: On-site at the DCSA Boyers Mine Nurse Station. Routine telework is not authorized. Period of Performance: September 30, 2026 through September 30, 2031, including option periods. Summary of Services The Registered Nurse will operate the on-site DCSA Facility Nurse Station at Boyers Mine and provide minor health care, emergency-response, first-aid, health-monitoring, record-management, and employee-support services. The RN will independently assess and respond to routine health concerns and medical emergencies while maintaining required privacy, security, and reporting standards. Mandatory Qualifications Must hold and maintain a current license/certification authorizing the individual to provide healthcare and medical response services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Must meet all DCSA personnel-security, background-investigation, continuous-vetting, unescorted-access, and mandatory training requirements. Must be able to independently assess minor illness/injury and respond to medical emergencies until emergency medical services arrive. Must be able to provide first aid and CPR within the scope of professional qualifications and contract requirements. Must be able to create, safeguard, and maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable Government privacy/security requirements. Must be able to perform the required on-site Monday-through-Friday schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Assess, treat, counsel, and refer employees and contractors presenting with minor illnesses or injuries on a walk-in basis. Respond to medical emergencies within the facility and provide appropriate first aid and CPR until ambulance or emergency-response personnel arrive. Monitor blood pressure and blood glucose and assist with prescribed injections as required. Create, store, maintain, and protect medical records in accordance with HIPAA and Government privacy and security requirements. Maintain appropriate first-aid supplies, over-the-counter medications, emergency medications, and clinical equipment for Nurse Station operations. Support lactation-room services and other employee health-support functions identified in the PWS. Participate in emergency planning and preparedness activities as required. Prepare monthly utilization reports describing Nurse Station use and types of services provided without including personally identifiable information. Coordinate with the Contract Manager and Government representatives to maintain continuity of Nurse Station operations. Complete required DCSA/DoD security, privacy, OPSEC, CUI, antiterrorism, and related mandatory training.
