Key Responsibilities: * Clinical Direction: Serve as the Charge Nurse, mentoring and directing the CNA staff to ensure the highest standard of daily resident care. * Comprehensive Assessment: Perform thorough, high-level patient evaluations, recognizing subtle changes in condition and implementing immediate, life-enhancing interventions. * Care Planning & Execution: Develop and lead personalized care goals focused on maximizing resident independence and successful recovery. * Interdisciplinary Synergy: Actively collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate holistic, "whole-person" care strategies. * Precision Nursing: Safely and accurately manage complex medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. * Safety Champion: Uphold gold-standard infection control and environmental safety protocols to protect our community. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who You Are The Essentials: * License: Current, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License. * Character: A champion for resident dignity who leads with integrity and empathy. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital clinical documentation. * Leadership Skills: Strong communication and delegation skills to effectively lead and support your floor team.
