Creating tailored nursing care aligned with each client’s care plan. Conduct supervisory visits to ensure caregivers meet Company standards. Advocate for clients as needed. Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks. Conduct chart audits to meet quarterly QI targets. Conduct nursing documentation audits. CPR Certification Completed TB Test Management experience is a big plus, but not necessary Able to successfully pass mandatory background checks Valid Driver’s License and Social Security/Birth Certificate At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care Preferred Experience: Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care).
