Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.  * 4:1 Nurse Ratio * 8:1 CNA Ratio * Break Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor on staff * 38 Total Beds * 12 Hour Shifts  How you’ll contribute  You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
