Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility   We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.   Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities * Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs * Develop and implement individualized care plans * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care * Educate residents and their families about health management and care options * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care * Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards   Registered Nurse Skills and Qualifications * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license * Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification   We offer a supportive work environment, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development.
