Your Impact As our Registered Nurse, here’s what you will be responsible for: * Deliver high quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Monitor patient progress and respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies using sound clinical judgment. * Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery strategies. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. * Uphold Ashley's core values of compassion, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions. What You Bring * Current RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state). * Minimum 1 year of experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings. * BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. * Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is a plus. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
