Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards. • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred. • RN license in good standing in Massachusetts. • Must be able to demonstrate evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies: − Interpersonal Understanding − Business Orientation. − Improvement Orientation − Team Building − Patient Care and Service Focus − Problem Solving − Support Building − Staff Development − Performance Management − Information Seeking − Display Charge Nurse competencies • Understands principles of growth and development for the entire lifespan with the ability to provide care appropriate for patients as appropriate to the patient population of Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.
