Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. The Clinical Navigator RN coordinates and facilitates patient care across the continuum of care for designated patient populations. The position serves as a clinical resource, patient advocate, and liaison among patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience. This role supports care coordination, patient education, clinical program initiatives, and evidence-based practice standards. The Clinical Navigator RN contributes to improved clinical outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care management. Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience in pulmonology, oncology, critical care or cardiac surgery
