What We're Looking For * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. * Home health experience preferred. * Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team. * Strong organization and time-management skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
