Working under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, you will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents Provide nursing services and direct patient care Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluations Oversee the Falls Prevention and Pressure Sore Programs Conduct and document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered state license to practice as an LPN Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferred Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care Strong teamwork and communication skills New graduates are welcome to apply!
