FULL TIME / PART-TIME / PRN Shifts: 7am - 7pm - Various Weekdays & Weekends 7pm - 7am - Various Weeknights & Weekend Nights PRN Shifts available for both shifts Pay Range: $35 - $40 / hour Join the world of HOME HEALTH CARE, where you can provide ONE-ON-ONE care to patients in the comfort of their home. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift. You will get to know your patients and their families and learn about the needs they may have in their home. Then you will plan, organize, and assist with home health care service with your focus on just one patient for your shift. As a Skilled Nurse (Registered Nurse or License Practical Nurse) You will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
