Qualifications * High School diploma/GED and graduate of an accredited nursing program; NCLEX-PN required * Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross, in-person) * 1+ year of LPN/LVN experience (inpatient or outpatient) within the past 24 months * Active, unrestricted LPN license in any U.S. state * IV therapy training required * STABLE and NRP required for infant care (training provided if needed) Key Responsibilities * Deliver patient care in outpatient clinic settings as assigned * Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and care provided * Administer medications and treatments per established protocols * Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing * Recognize and respond to urgent/emergent situations * Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans * Support clinic operations, including meetings and team collaboration * Maintain compliance with HIPAA, TJC, AAAHC, and Air Force standards * Utilize basic computer systems and documentation tools * Participate in training, safety protocols, and professional development The outpatient LPN/LVN – will be on duty for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 0630-1630. Schedules may vary to accommodate demand between these hours. Work Schedule / Hours Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, scheduled between 6:30 AM–4:30 PM Shift times may vary within these hours based on clinic needs
