Rutherford Regional is dedicated to providing patients with a full range of services to meet your healthcare needs.  We provide our services in a caring, professional environment through the teamwork of our medical staff and employees.    How you’ll contribute  A Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Informatics who excels in this role:  * Assess clinical workflows, staff learning needs, competencies, and system requirements to identify opportunities to improve patient care, safety, efficiency, and clinical outcomes. * Partner with nurse leaders, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and ensure clinical technology supports safe, effective, evidence-based practice and clinical standards. * Lead and support clinical information system implementations and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle, including workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live support, system upgrades, and issue resolution. * Develop, deliver, and evaluate orientation, education, and training programs that build staff competency in clinical systems, clinical practice, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. * Facilitate organizational change by conducting readiness and workflow assessments, engaging stakeholders, addressing barriers, and supporting successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and workflows. * Serve as a clinical informatics consultant, mentor, and resource by providing guidance on clinical practice, technology use, system functionality, professional development, and competency development. * Evaluate clinical technology, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging data, best practices, and industry knowledge to enhance system usability and support organizational goals. * Apply critical thinking, clinical expertise, and sound judgment to independently identify and resolve issues, communicate effectively across teams, and promote continuous improvement in the integration and use of clinical information technology.     Schedule: Full Time, Days   Why join us    We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
