We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Company: Elite Home Health Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Area Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Industry: Home Health & Hospice Job Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to the individualized plan of care. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Provide wound care, pain and symptom management, and other skilled nursing services. Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, safety, and plan of care. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, aides, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, Medicare, and regulatory requirements. Participate in care coordination, case conferences, and other required meetings. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficiently. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned service area. Commitment to providing compassionate and professional patient care.
