RN - Skilled Nursing Hiring Salary Range:  $37.50 - $42.90 depending on experience Shift Differentials: Evening Shift (2p - 10p)  $1.00 / hour Overnight Shift (10p - 6a)  $2.50 / hour Schedules include: Dayshift is 6am-2pm Evening shift is 2pm-10pm ($1.00 Shift Diff) Overnight shift is 10pm-6am ($2.50 Shift Diff) Requirement: This position requires a graduate of an approved school of nursing and must be currently licensed as an RN/LPN in the state of Minnesota. Must maintain current unencumbered license with the Board of Nursing. RN Responsibilities: * This position is accountable for coordinating resident care and required documentation according to established policies, procedures, and standard of practice. * May assume some responsibility in directing personnel. * Must foster teamwork and contribute to the facility goals and mission. * The RN will also ensure that services follow current regulations and standards. * Must be able to relate professionally with clients, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members. * Willingness to perform direct care activities is necessary. * Patience, tact, respect, courtesy, and kindness are required when dealing with residents, visitors, and other staff, as well as the ability to treat patients’ information confidentially. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: * Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Ability to use computers and electronic records. * The ability to deal tactfully and use good communication and customer service skills with clients and their families. * Ability to demonstrate good judgment and observation skills.
