NFI North is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH, for Part-time or Full-time. Days and hours are flexible. Perfect for someone looking for additional hours or just getting into the mental health field. This program is a community residence serving 8 individuals and includes a day treatment component. We provide intensive clinical, medical, vocational, and residential services to adult men and women with mental health challenges working towards independent living. Our goal is to help individuals successfully transition into the community while maintaining their independence in the least restrictive environment possible. Responsibilities: Oversee the overall planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants. Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, nursing assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration, and responsibility for program medical supplies. Must be willing to become a CPR/First Aid Trainer. This position has on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities may differ depending on hourly status.
