As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.
