Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission-driven organization.  Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery. Responsibilities include:  * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively * Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives * Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders * Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentation * Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups * Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports * Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned * Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards   Preferred Qualifications:  * Experience in managing dynamic federal projects * Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills * Exceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation * Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences * Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels * Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence * Coordinate with subject matter experts, developers, analysts, and other specialists * Experience facilitating meetings and managing difficult conversations Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
