Responsibilities: Patient Care: Oversee comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring high-quality treatment. Supervision: Lead and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards. Collaboration: Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care strategies. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of care, medications, and residents' conditions. Education and Support: Provide guidance and health education to residents and their families. Qualifications: Active RN license in the applicable state. Strong clinical assessment skills. Ability to lead and collaborate within a healthcare team.
