Full Job Description
Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Our Registered Nurse is an essential part of our Medical team and is responsible for caring for patients of various ages: infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential. South Dakota RN license and CPR certification is required. The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists involved. May be required to deal with unpleasant environmental situations resulting from patient care or patient activity. Exposure to infectious disease, body fluids, odors, and dust. Will be working with a variety of medical equipment including, but not limited to: defibrillator/cardioversion equipment, suction equipment, IV pumps, chest tubes, feeding pumps, and portable cardiac monitors. RN positions at Madison Regional Health System are flexible! We offer 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend. As part of a team, we have a day, night, weekend, holiday, and call rotation to balance your home life. Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays. Registered Nurse earning potential ranges from $30-$46 with competency incentives.
