Job Summary Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across leading healthcare facilities in the Seattle area. Work Locations Seattle, Bothell, Issaquah, Edmonds, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas Schedule Options Per diem (pick your own shifts) Contract assignments (4–13+ weeks) Temp-to-hire opportunities Day, Evening, and Night shifts available Weekday and weekend shifts Compensation $55–$60 per hour (based on experience, specialty, and facility) Weekly pay Overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards Requirements Requirements Active Washington State RN license (required) Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments Why Join Serene Healthcare Staffing?
