Full Job Description

What You’ll Do What You’ll Do: Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. Evaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians. Developing and implementing treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed. Monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions. Maintaining comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols. Collaborating with BHS regarding medication management and refills. Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care. What Makes You a Great Fit Possess a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in state applying for work. Experience in residential nursing a plus. Applicable State Requirements All States Must pass the applicable state/agency background check required for the work location jurisdiction, prior to employment. Pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a current and valid CPR certification or obtain within the first 30 days of employment. **Pay range for this position is $39 to $58 depending on education and experience. Additional Details SHIFT: AM or PM 12 hour shift full-time with every other weekend. Will go between Leesburg and Great Falls
