Registered Nurse – Correctional facility cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Grafton, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus Location: Grafton, OH Compensation: $54 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: 2 pm- 10 pm -10-12 hours shifts - Must be flexible with shift/hours and days as it could change due to the needs of the facility Contract length: 3 months Key responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager Requirements Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. OH RN License CPR/BLS Benefits $54 per hour, based on experience $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available Weekly paychecks Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) option Note: Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week.
