Position Summary The Ambulatory Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient clinic. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Contract nurses may occasionally provide short-term support to other departments based on patient care needs. Requirements Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum one (1) year of recent RN experience. Ambulatory, outpatient, family practice, primary care, or medical-surgical experience preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ACLS and PALS are preferred. Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
