PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION REGISTERED NURSE   QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Personal stability, flexibility, energy, and commitment to working effectively and respectfully with clients with severe mental illness. 2. Credentials as Registered Nurse (RN) authorized under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, with current license and insurance.  3. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment. 4. Highly developed organizational and communication skills. 5. Current CPR certification. 6. Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination. 7. Valid full driver’s license with a safe driving record.   DUTIES: 1. Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.  2. Using electronic medical records, input data and following through seeing services to their completion.  3. Take part in all agency training programs as requested. 4. Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both with the staff and, with client permission, outside agencies. 5. Review and ensure the doctor's orders are being followed by clients. 6. Confirm medication compliance and medications are refilled timely. 7. Provide skilled nursing services as scheduled. 8. Collaborate with rehabilitation/treatment plans and staff in serving the client’s needs. 9. Provide health promotion and training as requested. 10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.   Authority: Position reports to the Vice President of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, who provides administrative supervision, schedules, assignments, and evaluations. The Director of Nursing provides clinical supervision.     Classification, Salary, and Benefits: Regular, full-time position; exempt from overtime; salary arranged by letter of appointment
