Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areas Participate in development of department goals, objectives, and systems Interact with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team members Recommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areas Coordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team members Assist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas Qualifications Qualifications: 2 + years HR experience Demonstrated leadership ability Strong background with employee development, HR Process Management, and coaching Experience with investigations, analysis, and resolution for compliance/legal matters Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Bachelor's degree preferred
