Belleview Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA Instructor - RN to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This role is essential in training and preparing certified nursing assistant candidates to provide high-quality care in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials for CNA training programs. * Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction to CNA students. * Assess student performance through examinations, skills testing, and practical evaluations. * Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. * Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing assistant training. * Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide students with relevant clinical experiences. * Support students’ professional and personal development throughout the program. REQUIREMENTS * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Experience as a CNA and/or in instructing CNA programs preferred. * Strong knowledge of nursing assistant duties, state regulations, and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage classroom and clinical environments effectively. * Passion for teaching and developing healthcare professionals.
