Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Job Title: Registered Nurse Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Mon-Fri, day shift Location: Aspen Hill 13415 Connecticut Ave, Ste 100 Aspen Hill, MD 20906 Position Purpose Using the Quality Caring Model, this Registered Nurse will demonstrate acceptable performance and apply the nursing process to plan and manage the care of routine patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The Registered Nurse will effectively communicate fundamental patient/family information to our health care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will: Identify and communicate variances from patient goals. Provide and coordinate interdisciplinary patient care utilizing the nursing process. Establish caring relationships with patient and family. Establish caring relationships with interdisciplinary team members. Routinely apply and employ practices consistent with the Holy Cross Health patient and customer service expectations. Advocate on behalf of the patient and family. Identify and appropriately communicate ethical issues in the practice setting. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN). Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing. BLS Pay Range: $37.59 - $58.29 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
